Looks like the young man on the lead vocals has been gettin' all pumped up on the anabolic steroids kind of candy.
Additionally, I think this video of the same creature is superior to the one you've posted. I say "superior" because it really, REALLY makes me want to break a Singapore cane over the little bastard's head.
I love how this kid can make every song seem almost identical... Identical and creepy.
