San Diego Chicken. San Diego... Now, that's a name I've not heard in a long time. A long time.

At dinner Saturday night, I saw a promotion featuring the San Diego Chicken on a bottle of hot sauce. I hadn't thought about the Chicken in years, and didn't realize he was still a strong enough pop culture icon to base a promotional campaign on. To my wife's anguish, I couldn't stop talking about the San Diego Chicken for an hour or so.

Anyway, the following clip contains the San Diego Chicken and the music of MC Hammer.

Oh, and if you can make it kind of creepy. That will be good.

Ow! Dance party!

I recommend turning down the volume, playing your own favorite tune and really watching how strange the kids dancing is.

Who is more terrifying? Trog or Joan?

I had totally forgotten about this film until I saw a post about it on Pizzateen. The nightmares haven't stopped since.

You know Stuart, I like you. You're not like the other ninjas, here in the trailer park.

Special O!MSE! talking point: Do you think these guys had something going on a while back? It might be just me, but there seems to be some unresolved feelings at play here. What do you think?

What the Monster Monday?

Special O!MSE! Factoid: In America, this show was known as "Maude."

In the Philippines watch out for the bowl cut.

Why didn't anyone tell me that there was a second version of this?

What? You missed the first one? Well let's fix that.

If it's Tuesday, you'll find ninjas on O!MSE!

Apparently the human body is comprised almost completely of paper mache. Who knew? Thank you ninjas.
